how long does shipping take?
we ship from central new jersey! orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, however if the item is handmade please allow an additional 2-3 days for your product to be made!

at this time, we aren't able to offer international shipping through our site, however, some products are available for international shipping through our etsy shop!

how do i take care of my artisan keycap?
when you order a keycap, you'll recieve a care guide with all the information needed!
some notes are - make sure when you take off the keycap, you push it gently from the bottom with your fingers. to clean, use a dry cloth!
